Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and your delivery location. We offer flat-rate shipping on select strength equipment and free delivery on orders over $500 within metropolitan areas.
What is the warranty period on your cardio machines?
Most of our treadmills, rowers, and exercise bikes come with a standard 2-year frame warranty and a 1-year warranty on parts and electronics. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we provide optional professional assembly for home gyms and heavy machinery in select cities. You can add this service to your cart during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for fitness accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like sweatbands and yoga mats cannot be returned once opened.
